Strategic management for the Prudent Women Fellowship International

Management Team

Duties For The Management Officers

The Founder
  1. Provide direction for the group with effective leadership and management by networking with the significant organisations.
  2. Be well informed about all group activities and have a direction for future events.
  3. Be Knowledgeable of the constitution, NSW legislation and other relevant Government legislation that may affect the activities of the group
The Chairperson/Vice
  1. Responsible for day to day business and administration of the group
  2. Preside and chairs all meetings of the group and take a neutral, and unbiased capacity to allow meaningful discussion
  3. Communicate effectively to all other officers to ensure the responsibilities are carried out. Advise on suitability of areas for specific events, and ensure appropriate permission are obtained and guide the course of the group
The Good Samaritans
  1. Shall render emotional /bereavement support to the group, families and community
  2. Shall visit bereaved family for support and encouragement
The Secretary / Vice
  1. Overall responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence and group documents.
  2. Provides leadership, working closely with the chairperson to establish links with local community, national, international, media, and websites and announce reports on behalf of the group
  3. Attends all group meetings, group activities and records all deliberations and decisions made and file in the group’s files.
  4. Records, reads and circulate of all minutes to the management team, before the meeting.
  5. Records and deal with communications matters in conjunction with the Chairperson.
  6. Promote group positive image to the public and publicise all group events.
  7. Keeps all the records of the group and present an annual report about the groups achievements and activities
The Treasurer / Vice
  1. Maintains the integrity and accurate records of the group financial position.
  2. Records and receipts all donations, funds of the group
  3. Pay bills on behalf of the group and record the information, ensure group pays all affiliation and tax fees
  4. Keep dates records of the financial transaction and ensuring that funds of the group are spent properly.
  5. Prepare and present account for the financial year at the AGM.
The Committee Member
  1. To participate fully to all Management Committee work based on members’ knowledge, experience and assist other officer bearers
  2. To actively contribute to reaching a consensus on Management decision.
  3. Creativity and design
Financial Management
  1. The Prudent Women Fellowship International is registered as non-for-profit organisation
  2. Funds to run the group will be obtained from fund raising, donations and grants from significant organisations
  3. A bank account will be opened in the name of The Prudent Women Fellowship International, within NSW Australia
  4. The account details will be kept and recorded in the files of the group
  5. Signatures to the account will be by the founder, treasure and the secretary
  6. Any cheques issued shall be signed by the treasure, founder and other nominated official
